Taiheiyo Club Gotemba | Shizuoka
Taiheiyo Club Gotemba opened in 1977 in Gotemba, Shizuoka, at the foot of Mt. Fuji. Shunsuke Kato designed the original hillside layout. Rees Jones renovated it in 2018, with Hideki Matsuyama as supervisor. It is an 18-hole, par-72 course of 7,327 yards. It hosts the Mitsui Sumitomo VISA Taiheiyo Masters and hosted the 2001 WGC-EMC World Cup.
Member introduction is required. We arrange play only as part of a complete Japan golf tour, including hotels and ground arrangements. A round here usually sits on a Tokyo, Hakone, or Mt. Fuji itinerary, often paired with Fujizakura or Kawana.
