Japan Ground Transportation

We arrange point-to-point ground travel in Japan by private car or van. A bus is used only when the group size needs it.

This is for airport pick-up, hotel transfers, golf courses, organized private tours and dining, and station drop-off. It does not replace the Shinkansen or domestic flights on long city-to-city legs.

Private car or van

Most golf itineraries use a private car or van with a driver. That covers airport, hotel, and course transfers.

Golf shuttles between hotels and courses are part of this service where available.

Bus

A bus is for larger groups. We will say so in the itinerary when a bus is the right vehicle.

With the Shinkansen

Reserved train seats are booked separately. Ground transport meets you at the station.
