The Okura Tokyo is in Toranomon, central Tokyo. The original hotel opened in 1962 and reopened in 2019 as the Heritage Wing and Prestige Tower. The restored lobby and dining (including La Belle Epoque) are the usual reasons we use it as a Tokyo base before Hakone, Kyoto, or Narita-area golf.
