NEW-AZUR SUSHI BAR BY NO?DA?TE

La Quinta Resort & Club invites you to delight in the tastes of its newest addition, AZUR Sushi Bar. Featuring the talents of Chef Shinya Horiguchi, owner of local hot spot NO?DA?TE Restaurant, this traditional sushi bar features a tasteful menu that includes classic sushi rolls, sashimi, tempura, combination platters and sake, along with several new creations. The signature AZUR Roll, which features shrimp tempura, crabmeat and seared jalapenos is already a popular favorite among guests. In addition to its new sushi bar, the restaurant will host its annual wine dinner series that includes such fine wineries as Grgich and Silver Oak.
